This single template will produce the mortise for Roller latches and Flush Bolt guide plates with a finish size of 15/16” x 2-5/16”. Typical of Cal-Royal model BC97. Length of this template is about 16”. Just like all of our Router Templates, use a 5/8” outside diameter router template guide on your router and a 1/2” hinge mortising bit with this template.
