LCN 3130 series closer. Door top configuration: Channel mortise @ 1-3/8" x 11-3/4" and the Deep Pocket mortise for the closer body @ 1-3/8" x 8-3/4" when mortising between the red block-off tabs as shown in the photo. Use a standard 1/2" router bit and a 3/4" OD template guide on your router to produce exact pockets for your closer. Template is a two sided clamp-on style and works for both left & right hand applcations, use your own clamps to attach the template to the top of your door.
