53° Drill Fixture Template for the VingCard Electrified Lock AN-244-B Essence model (v2) ANSI DA with cylinder. Special Drill Fixture: 1/2" drill guide with a replaceable hardened steel drill bushing installed into an aluminum alignment body designed to drill a 1/2" hole @ 53° between lower and upper mortise for the wire chase required for the VingCard Essence Electric Lock (AN-244-B). Designed for fitting inside the lower mortise with a finish mortise size of: 172mm x 25mm, (12.5mm radius) on both ends of mortise pocket. Template is adjustable for different door thickness. Note: an 8" long drill is required to properly drill the 53° wire connection hole. Note: Inset photos to the left, show the top and underside of the drill template.
