Special Three Sided Wrap-Around Template: Baldwin PD005 Flush Pull, Surface Mount Face & Edge Prep configured for the Baldwin 8632 / 8602 / 8603 mortise lock. This is a three sided template, duel backset positions with 2-1/2" & 2-3/4" settings: Standard surface mount mortise finish dimension on the face of the door @ 2" x 7.414". Door edge prep @ 1" x 8" using a standard 5/8" OD Template Guide; and a deep pocket mortise prep @ 3/4” x 6-9/16” when mortising between the red block-off tabs using a special 7/8” OD template guide on your router. Template is adjustable for 1-3/8" & 1-3/4" door thickness. This template wraps around the edge of the door and is clamped to the door face using your own clamps. Use the standard 1/2" router bit with a 5/8" OD template guide on your router to produce perfect mortises on both the edge of the door and the two faces of the door.
