Roller Latch for Baldwin, Ives and other hardware manufacturers. Finish Size: 1” x 3-3/8”. Latch body 2-1/4” long. Mating strike see ST-148BC in ”Strike Only” section. This template will produce both the finish mortise of 1" x 3-3/8" and the deep pocket mortise of 1" x 2-1/4". Mortise between the two red block-off tabs for the deep pocket and with the red tabs removed produce the finish or shallow mortise of 1" x 3-3/8".  Use 1/2” cutter with a 5/8” template guide.
