Typical of Ives models: FB457 & FB457N for metal doors. Can also be used on wood doors. This template will create the 1-1/4” x 6-3/4” finish mortise with the red block off tabs removed and the 5-1/4” long deep mortise for the lever mechanism between the red block off tabs.
