Ives 7255 Center Hung Pivot Set; Jamb Template: top of photo, Door Top Template: center of photo & Door Bottom Template: bottom of photo. Jamb template is a nail on type template and produces the finish pocket size of 1" x 5-1/4" and 1" x 3-5/8" for the deep pocket portion of the mortise in the top of the jamb. Door top template is a clamp-on style template that produces the finish size of 1-1/4" x 4-5/8" in the top of the door. The door bottom template is a clamp-on style template that produces a double width finish pocket of 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" x 5" long. Use the standard 5/8" template guide and a 1/2" mortising bit to complete your mortises. Note: the floor pivot or bottom base plate mount cutout is not provided for because of lack of space for a template.
