Dorma Head Jamb pivot. Left &Right hand configured on the same carrier. Finish size is .984” x 6.500” for the shallow finish mortise and .984” x 3.75” x 1.125” for the deep mortise. Length of template is about 27-1/2” .Remove the red block off tabs to do the long finish mortise and install them to do the shorter deep mortise. Underside of template has adjustable door thickness stops which also help secure the template to the jamb. Just like all of our Router Templates, use a 5/8” outside diameter router template guide on your router and a 1/2” hinge mortising bit with this template.
