Templaco Tools Inc. is a quality tool manufacturer producing specialized tools for the door hanging tradesman. Templaco has been building door hanging tools since 1981 and we now make over 160 different router templates for the installation of locks and hinges, including several models of our Bore Master cylindrical lock installation kit. We produce most of our tools and associated parts right here in the United States, just north of San Diego, California.

Details: 1/2" shank, 1/2" o.d. cutter x 1-1/2" deep, 3-1/4" length overall. Model SRB-1

Carbide 1/2" Straight Single Flute Bit. Carbide tip added for superior cutting quality and endurance. All Templaco straight router bits are built with 'Micro-Grain' carbide and have a radial relief grind that makes for a stronger more durable cutting edge than a flat grind, and because there's more carbide, it can stand up to more resharpening. These router bits are produced in the same factory that produces those 'brand name' bits sold at twice the price. We guarantee the quality and the size of the cut and when you combine this bit with any Templaco Router Template, your mortises will be perfect every time.
